OMG. This short story–emphasis on short 'cause it was over in the blink of an eye–was HAWT!It should also be a lesson for me to stop reading reviews which could spoil books for me. Let this be a warning to you not to read the next part if you intend to read this book...
The reviews I have read of this before didn't really have big spoilers, but it was enough for me to see the words 'unexpected surprise' everywhere. The second Nathan put his hands around Rick's throat, I knew what the ending was. But hey, that didn't stop me from enjoying the story!
I do have one teeny tiny complaint... This really was way too short. I'm looking forward to reading more of this author's work.
